It was so sketchy, from the pictures it looked like an average hotel but then you walk in and it’s like a duplex, absolutely no elevators work (having to go up a four flights of stairs with a big full suitcase), the room door was already slightly open, there was very sketchy people hanging out in the stair wells you HAD to use

Half of the property is condemned and the part that isn't should be too. Rooms are falling apart, one stairwell smells like pee. The other stairwell has homeless people sleeping in it. The elevator doesnt work. Dirty tampons frozen in the 4 inches of ice buildup in the freezer(I unpluged the freezer because it was too loud and threw the block of ice in the tub just to find the tampons, ewe). Crack heads all over the place. Hot water doesnt work, no gym at all.... i didnt stay long enough for the free breakfast.

Property had no hott water none of electrical door locks worked the lady had to walk us to our room to let us in the pictures where completely opposite of what the room looked like it smelled cigarettes n the guy below had a dog and sign no pets the lobby had no power or lights on

We were unable to check in as there was no one anywhere to be found, other than a person eating food out of the trash can out front. We had called 3 times on the way to the hotel but no one answered the phone either. We had to scramble, after midnight to find another hotel.

Appeared as if room had not been cleaned there where socks in the room from previous guest sheets didnt looked to have been changed. Pillows where horrible didnt look new so we didnt use them all around not well taken care of hotel

I didn't have an iron, the ironing board didn't have a cover, no ice bucket, the only ice machine there didn't work, the automatic sliding door didnt work so when you step out your warm room on the first floor, you'll get the cold chill from outside. Not a good breakfast selection.

No Room for me
Was traveling to VA for a wedding from PA, 6hr drive. Arrived at hotel to learn there was no room for me. Front desk acted confused until I showed him the email conf then he informed me they were overbooked and my reservation was cancelled. 2 hours before event I had no ROOM or nothing. Thanks for NOTHING

My gf and i stayed here for 2 nights . Friday - Sunday morning. We got into our room (i came first and she came later on) we checked the bedding and the sheets, covers, mattress etc were FILTHY . stains everywhere. all over the carpet and orange odd stains on the bed. we asked for new bedding friday and didn’t get anything until saturday. in the midst of getting new bedding my gf went to take a shower and the tub head fell off. she called and i’m guessing maintenance came . he wasn’t even in the room for 5 minutes and claimed to have “fixed” the tub and literally not too long after he left, my gf went to turn it on and it fell off again and water splashed all over the place . so we couldn’t even bathe properly or sleep comfortably due to dirty bedding and a broken shower . the new bedding we received had holes in them, cigarette burnt marks, & once again odd stains all on them but they claimed they were “clean” . we asked the person before he left (that came to “fix” the shower) if we could switch rooms and he got very upset, rude, and defensive. and they basically did not want to give us a new room. the grab-bar in the shower was also broken & coming apart from the wall. the halls reeked of urine and weed. nothing in the hotel worked. fridges broken, showers broken, elevators broken, poor customer service, and so much more. they had many other complaints by other people during our stay as well. so it’s not just us.

So I left my charger box at home and my phone went dead. I went down to the office to see if I can use their charger, and they claim, they didn't have a phone who doesn't have a cell phone. They was rude and didn't help me at all

Really poor service
I had to wait for checkin. After waiting I reminded clear I was still there. She left the counter. When she came back she said it would be even longer unless I took a room on fourth floor, no elevator. I can’t climb stairs with luggage so I asked for cart. No cart, no help. After 30 minutes I got ground floor room. Clerk was nonchalant and accent so thick I could not understand her BED in romm 155 horrible. Old lumpy
