Adequate for the night.
This was an overnight stay to deliver something to a relative. We had stayed here in the past and were happy with our room and the amenities. On this stay, we had a room that faced I-95 and the noise prevented my wife from getting a good night's sleep. She had to go to the couch and close the bedroom door. Aside from this Mrs. Lincoln, how did you like the play? Also, have a selection of "NA" for the items that you want a comment for. Not everything you wish the customer to comment on is applicable to their experience.

We enjoyed our one-night stay! We got the king suite with a jetted tub. Everything was great - attractive, upgraded room, nice bedding and wall art, comfortable bed and pillows. It was a very large room, and had a living room area with a couch and t.v. There was a countered area with a mini fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom was very nice. It had great lighting. The tub was really wonderful and the jets worked perfectly. My only suggestions for the bathroom is to have a bodywash dispenser and perhaps a magnifying mirror. Breakfast was really great! They had two types of waffles to make, eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy, packets of oatmeal, yogurt, fresh apples, and several cereals. There were bagels, english muffins, and toast. My only suggestion here is that there was no decaf coffee. Add that and breakfast would be perfect. Overall, enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

Thank you housekeeping,The room was spacious and immaculate! The beds were super comfortable and the waffles for breakfast were scrumptious. I am definitely looking forward to staying here again in the near future as this is my new found home away from home.

Do not stay if you’re a sports family
We stayed here because my son had a baseball tournament over the weekend. Their breakfast doesn’t start until 7am so forget it if you have an early game and there aren’t many early morning options around. Had we known we would’ve stayed somewhere else that serves breakfast for those who get up early on the weekend. No laundry onsite so forget cleaning those dirty uniforms. The AC didn’t work and had an awful musty smell in the first room, so they switched our room. The first room also had an abundance of marks on the wall, so did the rest of the hotel hallways & such. The second room had sticky floors because they don’t know how to clean properly. There was also a weird brown smudge on the ceiling that I can only assume was probably exactly what you’re thinking as well. The second room’s freezer in the mini fridge was in such a need for a defrosting that we couldn’t put any ice packs in the freezer so we had to ask them to put them in one downstairs. They also allow their resident wanna be gangster dealer park his car in a clearly marked fire lane that is designated as a tow away zone.

We have stayed before, unfortunately the management was aggressive and rude this time around, this reduced the star rating. Unfortunately this attitude was not only towards us as guests but also towards the staff who were attempting to assist us in our inquiries. Hopefully this attitude will be addressed and changed positively as the hotel is great.

the room was very nice for the price, it had a living room area a counter space and spacey bathroom with a big sink and counter space, the bedroom was very space ish and both rooms had a tv! the little marketplace in the hotel had drinks and snacks and ice cream, the staff were very nice as we talked to a few as we were there!
