We stay for 3 nights not once in our stay did we get house keeping service. I had to take out the trash. I had to go down to the front desk for towels was told they didn’t have any. I asked about housekeeping he told me not until Wednesday this was Saturday. The pictures on hotel.com does not reflect the current condition of the property it a lot older and warn out. The rating is more of a 5/6 then a 8.

My stay was ok. When we came to check in nobody was at the desk. There were people waiting before us and they had been waiting 30 min. We later found out the lady named hailey left before her shift ended, so we all had to wait for the new shift to be checked in.

Why is it that Hotels become too comfortable after years of existence. We arrived at around 5pm and we were greeted nicely. Most hotel reception staff will make youn feel welcomed but I guess we arrived at the wrong time. We get to our room and it just had that feel of being musty. I take my shoes off with socks on and go to the window to shut the blind and instant moisture on the floor. From the air conditioner to the TV the floor was soaked. Since we did not have WIFI no TV. We were. Only there for the night so we just ignored these issues. You can tell the age of a mattress by just looking at a made bed and this one was aged. Comfortable but good for one night. This was our first stay at a Comfort Inn and probably the last too. I don’t expect too much from our stays at hotels but this was a bit too much.

Hi ftont desk rep when I checked in was a little rude and unwelcoming. The the amenities that they stated the property have was overstated. For example the pool was closed however advance notice wasn't provided, the WIFI disnt work our entire i missed some work tasks. Parking didnt accommodate my truck. My other family bed was soiled the staff showed no concern
