Even though Expedia listed this as a hotel with pool and indoor pool, there was NO pool. I had reserved this promising my 6 year old grandson a pool. I was completely misled regarding the amenities, the front desk said they have asked the third party booking companies to update but it is not in their best interest to do so. Money grab?

It’s tough to rate this hotel fairly because we never made it past the lobby. The location is excellent—within walking distance of everything a tourist might need. However, we ended up canceling our reservation because the pool was out of service, which was a major factor in our decision to stay there. Unfortunately, this closure was not communicated in advance, nor was it updated on the hotel’s website. That said, the staff was very friendly and apologetic about the oversight and handled the situation professionally. I can’t speak to the rooms or cleanliness beyond the lobby, so this review is based solely on our brief interaction with the staff and the unexpected inconvenience.
