The first room had toilet issues. So we were transferred at another room. It was a little better. This hotel needs renovations. The second floor carpet was nasty especially around the elevator. The water in the shower was not hot. I expected the room to be better.

Our fridge did not work nor did the microwave Tv is outdated and awful. On a positive note the rooms were clean and the pillows were great. The least positive part is that the pool was so poorly maintained and smelt so so bad!

Old, a bit rundown. Smelled of smoke and marijuana even though it was a “non-smoking” hotel. Noisy also, there was music playing until after 1 am, coming from outside the hotel I think. Wouldn’t go back.

Staff was great as always but forgot to throw my star award from my last stay the young lady at the desk name Annie was amazing very well mannered and understood her duties. From years of working in hotels Annie and the guy at the front desk are wonderful!!!! I apologize I can not remember the guy’s name.

The room was clean, and the staff was courteous. The pool and jacuzzi were nice, convenient and clean. The breakfast (included) was solid. Overall a great value at about half the price of other hotels with fancier names. We'll come again.

The room was nice needs work in bathroom wallpaper. Beds comfortable. Did not have enough washcloths in room for 2 people let front desk know and was given cloths and bath mat immediately. Lobby was clean. Pool and hot tub was great. Nice quiet location with plenty of shops and restaurants No other complaints. Will get up for breakfast. I believe that will be great . Thank you for all the hard work. The staff was awesome.
