The bathroom toilet is low enough for toddlers to sit without a problem, that doesn’t work for the elderly. As well as the amount of water on the bowl while sitting it almost touches your behind.

Hot tub cruddy, not kept up. Needs updating in lobby, hallway areas, front exterior entry. Staff very friendly and helpful but many could not speak or understand English. Room clean.

A fight broke out in the lobby. No one came to stop it for over 10-15 minutes. Staff did finally call the police. The people above our room were running up and down so loud I had to call front desk to ask them to let them know I couldn't sleep. Bed was uncomfortable. Worst experience. Never will I stay at this hotel.

I called before booking to ensure that this place was Ada complaint and also ensure the the pool and hot tub hoist worked. I was reassured that they were. This is the only reason I booked. We live 15 minutes away but my husband has been unable to enjoy a hot tub since his accident. This has been the only thing he has been looking forward to for his birthday. The bed also was not ADA complaint and had to get the box springs taken out to just the frame and a mattress which was not comfortable. We ended up leaving because there was no point. Maintenance was just playing in their phones outside smoking and not helping the situation. I am beyond disappointed.

Questionable location

Everything looked clean. Breakfast could improve: more fruit choices, better bread/ pastry. Location surrending hotel is not appealing . Hotel is located in area where homeless people camp, one night police were looking for a man who tried to choke woman

this hotel is quiet, safe and always clean. Parking is convenient and staff is pleasant. I appreciate for the past 3 times I have visited this hotel they were able to accommodate me with early check-in because I always arrive around Midday.

A party of two adults and 1 child. Bathroom floor and tub had pubics and other hairs, slow bathroom sink drain worse of all my grandson had white socks prior to playing on the carpet a couple of hours later his socks were very brown. Mattresses had dips that interfered with comfort. Never had so many issues.
