Room was musty and damp and smelled of mildew. Definitely could use some upgrades. They have updated the bathroom fixtures but chipped paint, cracked wall outlets and sloppy caulk work makes it look and feel like a cheap motel instead of what we’ve come to expect of a Raddison hotel. Carpeting in the hall was dirty and bumped up causing trip hazards. Hot breakfast was not good at all. Service was poor. Staff was unhelpful when asked for assistance. Recommend staying elsewhere.
