I got there at 6pm....the restraint and lounge was closed. I asked why. The clerk shrugged her shoulders and said.. "i guess the guy didnt show up". What? I responded that this was a problem for me, and she just ignored me! Phone didnt work in the room, si no wake up call.

Your staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. I spoke with the staff at check-in, was greeted by the housekeeper on the 2nd floor near 264(?) ... end of the hall anyway. Also the staff at the morning dining area was friendly and helpful. Everyone was respectful and friendly.

The staff were super nice, but the room smelled of cigarettes and the bathroom had a used bar of soap left in the shower. There looked to be mold growing in the shower as well. We were only there for one night, but I expected better from a Marriott property.

Definitely was not up to standards of Marriott who was not functioning. Ice machine was not functioning on the second floor where we were at hallway smelled old and musty was not what I expected of a Marriott in which I stay at all the time.
