elevator was broken and they put us on the 5th floor so we had to walk up and down the stairs all day. Hotel was dirty and I didn't feel safe

I ask for a no smoking room and got a room with a ashtray and found cigarettes all around my room and you had to force the door closed push with all your force and many other problems I will not recommend anyone to stay there

Room smelled so bad that it left a smell in our clothes for the rest of the trip. Had to check out after one day due to the terrible conditions. They were doing renovations to the lobby and there was cement everywhere. Elevators did not work and room was so dirty especially the mattress which had dead bugs and was super dirty. Don’t stay here. You’d be better Off sleeping in your car
