Terrible experience.

I came into town and stayed at the hotel with my son who goes to school at University of Richmond. The hotel room had a terrible odour, it was very noisy (people yelling at all hours of the day) and on Saturday there were 4 police cars covering the front entrance. When I asked the front desk about what was going on they could not and would not disclose what was going on. I feared for our safety and pushed items in front of the door when we were asleep. I complained numerous times to the front desk and they said they couldn’t do anything about my concerns. I had already prepaid for 3 nights for the hotel Room which was non refundable Otherwise I would have left. I do not recommend this hotel and would Never stay here again.

Extremely comfortable place. Hosting services are perfectly cordial and caregiving. Great quality and site conditions, it offers the chance to have a temporary home on the road when it's needed.
