It was a comfortable stay. However, if there's no diligent upkeep, this Fairfield will be similar to a seedy Red Roof Inn. It could use a deep cleaning.

Expected better from a Marriott facility.

Disappointed- stains, wear, and unpleasant smells in hallways and common areas. Wear and cigarette smell in room. Shower wall surround not caulked well causing black cracks. Stained tub floor. Breakfast was not good. Out of waffle mix. Out of bread for toast one morning.

Oversold!

After booking a non-refundable room, I got to the hotel and they had not rooms left. Then had to figure out how to get a refund for a non-refundable room. After 20 minutes, finally found a phone number (not on the Hotels.com site) and got the refund approved. Waiting a week to get money back for room that wasn’t yours to sell is unacceptable

During our recent 4-day stay, our room was not cleaned at all, and we had to request fresh towels twice before they were provided. This was disappointing and not the level of service we expected. That said, the room itself was comfortable, and we did enjoy the breakfast each morning.
