The room was recently renovated but the mattress was not replaced and was quite uncomfortable. To lock the door, I had to slam it shut. The front desk receptionist explained that the gasket in the door frame was incorrect and needed replacement. This was a security concern. Otherwise, it is a very nice hotel in a convenient location.

Hotel was under construction. They were working very late and very early. Very very noisy. It sounded like they were hammering in our room. The boy working at the front desk was very rude. Went to the desk for help and he was outside smoking. Twice! I had a reservation for three nights. After the first night I tried to cancel because of this bad experience but they would not let me. Not a happy guest

Hotel is currently being renovated. Hotel room on the 4th floor was renovated and in pristine shape. Great stay in a good location. We have stayed here several time and is always a great place to stay.

Hotel is being renovated and our room was very nice and huge. The breakfast was one of the best free hotel breakfasts I have had. Beds were comfortable. Very nice stay!

Great, but give us biscuits!!

We have stayed here before and have always found our experience to be excellent. The desk staff were particularly good and friendly this time (as before), the room was clean and comfortable and the large TV was especially nice. he shower was very good, as was the bed. One criticism, a small one...the complimentary breakfast was good, but at a VA/southern hotel, I expected to have biscuits, but there weren't any on any of the mornings we ate there. This small improvement would make things nearly perfect for us; otherwise, I guess we will have to go to Waffle House for them.

Check in was fine and the front desk staff was friendly. Comfortable bed and alot of space. Hotel is under renovations at the moment. Called back after I checked out because i never got my email receipt. Even though I paid there after changing cards. I hope everything gets squared away soon.
