I had a great stay at this Holiday Inn location. The property was clean and well-maintained, which is always the first thing I look for. What really stood out, though, was the staff—everyone was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from check-in to check-out. I would absolutely stay here again!

The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great. I was happy to use the fitness room and get exercise on our trip. I plan to make reservations for my wife and I when we return to Chester in a couple of weeks. A negative, one of the electrical outlets between the beds did not work. Room 340.

The location was excellent, right off I95, easy off, easy on. The room was clean, there was plenty of room for my stuff, the tv worked and there were plenty of channels to choose from. Breakfast was wonderful! Lots of choices, food was constantly being made and offered. Coffee was delicious. The only problem I found was the vent in the bathroom pushed the shower curtain into the shower area. Overall, a great place to stay.

The rooms are great and clean. The breakfast is wonderful and ladies that work breakfast are very sweet! The common areas of the hotel and the elevator could use updating/improvement. Lots of restaurants close by. A solid 4!!
