Place was nice. Staff was great. Has parking which is great. Just in a nondescript area on a busy road and not super convenient if your activities are more central Philly. On the positive, the ride through West Philly to Bart’s Bagels - a great bagel shop a few miles away - was awesome. Nice to see there are still cool neighborhoods for non wealthy people that aren’t gentrified yet. Love Philly. Good time!

Everything was good in terms of the hotel. I absolutely loved staying there . I am just disappointed with the surrounding area , I thought downtown are suppose to be busy and lively instead it was quiet and the grocery stores are few miles drives from there .

The bathroom smelled strongly as if we had a smoking room. Our room was # 510. We brought it to the attention of the front desk agent on the pm shift. She gave us all new towels as I suggested maybe they were from a smoking room ? Unfortunately, that didn’t solve the problem. The bathroom still wreaked of smoke.

I wanted to enjoy my budget friendly experience but unfortunately I found my room to be in need of a deep clean (good dusting and some less well used surfaces seemed like they hadn't been wiped), and the elevator gave me the creeps.
