2-day stay. Excellent front desk staff; breakfast staff kept area clean. Bedding was too hard and uncomfortable at times. Difficult to climb into bed for elderly guest. Paris and Anthony were engaging and attentive to every request. Overall outside of property and mats needs facelift.

Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations! I loved it. Clean, a welcoming staff, the breakfast.... the only issue was that I never had room service come to my room once during my stay. That was unfortunate, even after I informed about it.

Convenient location

Staff was friendly and helpful especially the fella with the dreadlocks. Our stay was fine outside of not having hot water in the evening. We notified the front desk who indicated that there was a ‘trick’ to getting it to work and stated she would come up to show us. After nearly 2 hours, she hadn’t come up. It was a Friday and when my husband went down to inquire again, the desk was busy, she said she would be up as soon as possible. We think that there was a knock about 9:30 but we were nearly asleep and it was only one time so maybe it wasn’t us? We had hot water in the morning so we thought it was fixed. That next night - no hot water - we notified the front desk and she came up to show us the ‘trick’. This wasn’t the end of the world but we were in town for a music festival and had come back to the hotel after a deluge of rain so wanted to shower and had to wait to learn the trick. We were near the elevator and it was pretty quiet. Breakfast was pretty standard with scrambled eggs, biscuits, oatmeal, bacon, toast options, yogurt and juices.

Great Value

This was one of those times that the value and what I received were spot on. We had a room on the 8th floor and it was clean and very ample. My wife talked about how comfortable the bed was during our trip and I enjoyed the buffet breakfast that was provided. The gym was sufficient enough to get a good sweat going but unfortunately the pool was closed. Its location put us close to everything downtown without actually being downtown. It was a really nice stay!
