I love staying at Homes2 Suites in Richmond, IN. I've never had an issue. The staff are the best I've come in contact with. We were on the 4th floor and never heard anyone else. I would recommend H2S in Richmond, Indiana again and again. The only thing I really had an issue with were the dogs and then parents not tending to their small children while in the breakfast area. It had nothing to do with the staff or employees of the hotel.

I was pleased to find that they had a charger for my car. They were tucked away in the back rather than more prominently, but at least they had it.

Great room but carpet desperately needs cleaning.
The hotel and the room was very nice and comfortable. I loved being able to have all 6 of us in one room. However, the carpet/floor was filthy. We had to wash feet (again) before getting into bed. Breakfast was very nice.

Very modern & clean. Great breakfast food w/ lots of options. 24hrs free hot coffee. Room is very good size, clean, beds are comfortable, fire pit on patio outside lobby is very nice, staff is very friendly & always greet customers as they come in the bldg. Definitely would stay again & get your moneys worth.
