The hotel looked nice. Got in the room late and found old blood stains on the sheets. Said something twice noone came to handle the issue. Upon checkout, i addressed the issue again and the girl said awww im sorry that happened.

Do not stay at this hotel!
This was the worst stay ever. The hotel smells like a dirty nursing home. I pulled a towel down in the shower and a razor fell down. Was moved to another room and there was hair in the sheets and in the shower.

We booked two rooms for our 3 night stay. One room seemed to be ok for my family, but the other room for my wife and I was outdated and had a very musty smell as we entered which gave more of a Motel vibe. We thought maybe the AC unit just needed to run to filter out the air but that did not do much. We thought about getting another room but didn’t want to go through the hassle and wanted to keep our rooms close to other family members. During our stay, we also noticed stains on couch, refrigerator was messed up and TV remote volume didn’t work. The Staff was very friendly and hotel main level & lobby was nice. The rest of the hotel seemed to be a bit gloomy. The rooms were not what we expected from the photos when booking… maybe other rooms were better, but we stuck it out throughout our stay.

The room was clean by the staff and the breakfast was hot and delicious. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The last night of our stay a waterbug invaded our bedroom space. We changed rooms in the middle of the night. Exterminator is desperately needed.

We got the reservation at 11:20 AM by the time we arrived at the property, I checked in, walked my family and one year-old baby into the room. By the time I parked the car my wife and my one year-old child was rushing out of the hotel because there was cockroaches in and around the bed, we did not stay no more than 10 minutes. Plus, Expedia wants to charge me $80 just to cancel the hotel so I basically was out $150 for nothing I tried to cancel the reservation. It would not let me because it said it was past time which it was 11:30 AM by the time I arrived to the hotel I believe it was just after 12 AM the next morning, less than 30 minutes later.

We were traveling during the aftermath of a recent hurricane and needed a comfortable place to stay. We also had a small pet with us and found this hotel to be just what we needed. It was a fantastic room, clean and comfortable beds as well as a large sofa. The staff was very welcoming, and although do not ordinarily offer brewed coffee until 6:30 with breakfast, had a fresh pot ready for us as we had to leave by 5:00am the next morning. What a great place and staff! We will definitely stay again while traveling in the area.

No auto on AC so it's constantly on. Bathroom fan is always on with the light. Bathroom door is in the way of doing anything. Towels are stored inside the shower. Fridge has no freezer and wasn't very cold
