We stayed at the hotel for 3 days. I did not like the customer service and they lack the excellency in the cleaning. The bathroom was not clean. We found the microwave dirty. We could hear the mattress when you sit or sleep on it. Not comfortable at all. The hotel is in great area but we will not go back there due to lack of comfort.

I am a person that requires handi-cap accommodations. Our reservations were made for a handicap room and was accepted, but when checking in, we were told only two were available and were taken. The room layout was not convenient with the sink out of the enclosed shower and toilet room. A very difficult arrangement for a person in a wheelchair.

Honest review

We were disappointed we could not do early checkin after our long drive even tho it looked like parking lot was not full but they did atleast text us a few hours later that rooms were available. Checkin went smoothly however one of the rooms had a musky smell. Roomed seemed clean but smell was prevalent. We did not bother to try changing room because my mother was tired. But smell even carried over till morning so something seemed off. Otherwise, location was great.

The manager was very sarcastic and nasty. She pretended to be nice when we were in person but on the phone she was sarcastic and wicked. She mocked me and did not respect me. The room I was in had bed bugs!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! The only plus was the surrounding stores and mall.
