THEY HAVE MICE!! 🚨
Long story short, we called down to the desk at 3am on day 2. We spotted the mouse behind the tv stand, the receptionist was not alarmed at all, as if she already knew. She stated she couldn't come up due to being the only one at the desk. After packing up our bags trying to avoid the mouse, we got down to the desk to check out but had to wait for the receptionist 10 minutes to return from somewhere.
The receptionist said the manager would call in the morning....Never received a call or an apology. Still being respectful to the receptionist even after having our night disturbed, having the mouse crawling onto our belongings, and our food literally eaten, we remained respectful. They may have offered another room but the receptionist never even made eye contact. There was absolutely no understanding or empathy for the inconvenience. My fiance booked through Expedia only receiving a 49 dollar refund! We are aiming to get a FULL refund.
The mouse was in a second floor room.
I RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY.
We noticed after getting into the room that we started sneezing, coughing and shortness of breath due to asthma and allergies. But we didnt realize where it was coming from until after seeing the mouse.
