Staff was extremely pleasant and friendly. Rooms were comfortable, but could use a second chair. Fridge was very small and needed a freezer section. Hallways and rooms needed a better vacuuming.

Room 321 had mold on the entire ceiling in the bathroom. The water that came out of the sink smelled awful and tasted equally as awful. The A/C unit wasn’t keeping the room cool, and the filters had clearly not been cleaned in a while. It was only after I cleaned the filters that it somewhat kept the room cool. With the amount I paid for the room, I feel like the condition of the room should not have been so poor.

Our stay was ok, however, one of the rooms we rented had blood stain on the carpet and another room had food on the carpet like it hadnt been cleaned. Rooms need an update! Shower and bed were ok.

The place seemed like it was on its last lega
The place was not very clean, the rooms were old and not well maintained. The elevator seemed like it was on its last legs. My only experience with the staff over the weekend stay was them not letting me sit in the lobby when I woke up early to get some work done.

Needed a quick stay and for the price it was really close to where I needed to go. There’s so many great places around and the hotel is very accessible. Everybody there was so nice and really accommodating.

REGARDING THE LaQUINTA HOTEL in Midlothian, VA - From the moment I checked in, with Marques at the desk, I was pleased with this hotel ! Marques was very accommodating and with excellent interpersonal skills ! I later Miss Dee at the breakfast service area. She was so helpful and a great communicator ! Dee’s breakfast meal, and area, was great with many food options. Dee (herself) was so helpful! I observed her working to help others and her interactions skills were terrific !! At checkout I meant the Assistant Manager Miss Haleh. I found her very kind and welcoming. She inquired to ensure I had an excellent visit and looked forward to my future stays ! Miss Haleh enhanced my stay and is therefore noted for her great interaction manner ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL as a great place to stay that is reasonably priced !
