Paid and did not STAY DISGUSTING
Hotels .com should be ashamed of listing this dirty horrible place. I am still waiting for the response to the call of complaint I made on the day of my supposedly stay. Customer service assured me that I would receive an e-mail or call from Hotels.com, NOTHING since the incident. Of course, i will be contacting Wyndham and get to the bottom of this and find out how Wyndham puts their name on such a disgusting place. No Inspectors? Franchisees are not checked? Let me start from the beginning the concierge lobby was full of reminders notes on the walls reminding customers that their belongings will be thrown out if...... etc etc Is this a hotel or a welfare refuge ?? Pictures of the room are attached, it was a room which was never cleaned towels gray ,floors dirty and only two pillows which were definitely used and pillow cases not washed , I mean a horrific sceene mattress as you will see on the picture faucets with no knobs to turn ? The dirtiest room i ever saw in my life . STILL WAITING SOMEBODY TO CALL ME REFUND US we could not stay in adog kennel wise place . I will be contacting Wyndham too and try to see what they will do for the aggravations we had which any BBB or a judge in a court would decide, The least should be to take away the franchise out from the owner of that place i expect no less.Thank you Hotel's com ,Your headquarters can contact me whenever you want .preferably during the mornings Eastern time

Very convenient to the airport and just off the highway. The lobby stunk of marijuana. The room is decent but the bathroom especially needed better cleaning. There was hair everywhere. About an hour into our stay, the smell of marijuana wafted into our non-smoking room. It's unfortunate others aren't respectful of families with children who don't need to be exposed to that.

It’s a scam and crime when this people along with Expedia misrepresent property so much. Dirty , unsanitary , elevator not working and so on. Had to get off Interstate 95 at 11pm because of an emergency and fell for this scam. Please everyone do not support this kind of “businesses”. They are running peoples health and experiences !

Awful stay. Room had ants. The remote did not work the tv. And on top of all of that I was charged a separate fee of $70 and they refused to give me my money back. Will not be staying again.

Starting with the plastic bag over the smoke detector to rat pellets on the bed to blood on the chair to the fight that was in front of me at the desk also the police officers called about a fight when we checked out between a young girl and a man, I have pictures of the room and will be glad to show them to keep anyone from going through what we went through.

THE WORST
The weather was very cold. I arrived late, 12 midnight. The elevator wasn't working. He gave me a room on the 2nd floor and I have a knee replacement. He did not assist me in carrying my bag upstairs. The back door was propped open. The tub was stained. The window was left open and the heat didn't work! No lamps. No clock.

When I first arrived the lobby was decent, a little sketchy but okay. When I arrived to the room. I immediately was disgusted. Bathroom appliances have rust in them. The toilet paper holder full of rust. Stained and yellowing of towels and wash clothes. In the room that they provided me, there were only two pillows for two people. The box spring has some type of black/grayish spots on the corner, kinda reminded me of bed bug residue. Sheets and blankets had holes all throughout them. Strange stain marks on the pillow cases and sheets. I called for new sheets. The man took over an hour and still received nasty sheets and pillow cases. I went downstairs to ask for a room change at least, the man going to say there no change after 15 minutes. I feel like they know what they are doing with that policy. The elevator don’t work. Everything Was filthy. I requested a refund from expedia they did nothing to help after all of this. I even purchased the insurance just incase of this situation. Thinking I was going to get a refund. they talking about the insurance don’t cover that. i’m like ain’t no way because literally when pressing the insurance it has a section for false advertisement. Like this whole experience was a hot mess.
