The hotel was very inviting and beautifully decorated when walking in. The front desk staff and valet staff were very friendly and helpful. The hallways were kinda dirty. Bits of trash and paper on the floors. Hotel cleaning staff on their phones a lot when in passing. Bar staff was pleasant and attentive. The food was not as good as I expected it to be for an Omni hotel and was slightly overpriced for the level of taste and presentation. However still palatable. I’d stay again to say the least but will not be my first choice of hotels in the area. And the parking prices are thru the roof for overnight especially when they take it to a public lot to be parked.

My stay was wonderful, however there was NOTHING on the app that indicated that there was a $150 pet fee and parking costs $40 a night. So what I thought was a good deal, turned out to be ridiculously expensive.

This property was extremely overpriced for the rooms offered. The rooms are old, furniture is old. The rooms were a big disappointment for us especially for the price. The staff for the most part was also disappointing especially at check in. There was a long line with a new girl behind the counter all by herself. Just ridiculous. Also, Wi-Fi and parking were extra charge. Parking was $38 a night and Wi-Fi was $15. per day. We only spent $171 a night without taxes which was a deal because normally it is a $200 a night hotel. I felt even with the deal of a price it was still more then it was worth. I strongly suggest finding another hotel.
