The customer service was outstanding. Our loyalty ambassador gave us an upgrade snd sent champagne and chocolate cover strawberries, once she found out it eas our 24th anniversary. Thank you Lee Anna. The hotel was clean in every single area and the bed and pillows were so comfortable.

I only stayed one night. The staff from the valet men to the service desk women and the cleaning lady was very friendly and welcoming very good hospitality. The room was a bit outdated but very clean. I will stay again
