I stayed here a couple of weeks ago and paid a cash deposit. I have been having a hard time getting in touch with the hotel manager or supervisor to receive my refund back. The first time I called, the clerk stated that someone must have took my cash deposit on my behalf because they don’t have it. I explained to her that no one stayed with me, so there should have been no one who took my deposit. Last week, when I called, I was told the supervisor would reach out to me and they have yet to do so. I would like my cash deposit back.

We checked in late the first night and was given a room that had not been cleaned. There was leftover food in the refrigerator, trash in the trash cans, used towels on the counters, and urine on the toilet seat. I was with my daughter who was pregnant and she felt uncomfortable. We asked for another room. The front desk manager.Jashan was very apologetic and accommodated us with another room. The second room was cleaned however there were swear words and inappropriate innuendos carved into the wood headboards of the hotel room above the beds, the door, barely latched, and we had to push it and manipulate it to get the lock to actually lock. there were people camping outside of our door with blankets in the hallway and the second night. A gentleman was throwing up all night outside of our door so we couldn’t even leave to get ice. After the second night, I requested a refund and we had to book the rest of our stay at another hotel. The office manager again was accommodating and granted our refund, but we will not be back to this property. We took photos of the headboard, but they are inappropriate to post for people to view.

There aren’t many channels on the TV, but I bring my tablet to watch my own shows. The shower is steamy and the bathroom is small. My stay was fine.

I did not like my stay there. The only good thing was the young lady at the front desk. She was excellent when I got to my room. The bed had never been made it smelt like mildew I went down and told the young lady and she came upstairs with me and could not believe that the bed had not been made so she did change our room. I’ve never stayed any place at a hotel motel in that did not have a telephone in the room and the remote only worked for one channel on the TV will never ever stay at roadway again! It’s like a pet friendly hotel but you have people walking around with big bully dogs. They sell drugs there and it looks like prostitution is going on. Makes no sense.!

First they tried to give someone my room while I was still in it. So as I’m getting undressed for bed someone is trying to get into my room! I had to get back dressed and go to the front desk to get it straightened out. There was a bandaid with a Cotten ball on it over the peephole on the door. Upon leaving she tried to keep my $50 deposit because I used the wash cloth for its intended purpose and washed my face and it had makeup on it!
