Was not worth $120.00 per night. Unprofessional desk clerk. Understaffed. Unprofessional Appearance, dressed like gas station worker. Broken bathroom fixture, poor water pressure, Dirty Stain Sofa cushions, Depressing dull room.... Looks like a room that a person would commit suicide in. 3rd party - so no Points or Veteran Discount were supported. Absolutely my last Quality Inn, possible last Expedia.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever

Not a pleasant visit as the hotel upon entry was off. The smell of mold or water issue is super strong. Cleanliness was not apart of the hotel at all. The room was not cleaned, food and trash on floor. The door key did not work, no red or green light came on. Front desk changed battery and module and still did not work. No pool, under construction. No full breakfast as listed, just waffle and yogurts.

Was satisfied with my stay. A/C worked well in late June, fridge was cold, and enough in-room coffee. Shower was good and has installed lighting as opposed to lamps. Location is close to my destination so will consider for future visits.

Not the worst, but far from the best

The night front desk person was friendly, and check in was smooth. When we reached the room, we were greeted by the smell of smoke. Light switches didn’t seem to work, but we eventually figured them out. Some bulbs were out. One wall lamp was partially hanging out of the wall. Everything seemed clean. My wife said she killed a couple bugs. The bed was comfortable enough. The hotel was quiet. The area was nice, being located far enough south of Richmond and far enough off of I-95. Breakfast was sparse: waffles, 2 types of cereal, yogurt, coffee, milk. There was one apple in the dish, and no hot tea for my wife. Although a pool was pictured on the website, it was empty with yellow barrier tape around. Overall, disappointing. Might do for a quick overnight, but two nights was too much.

The hotel need to seriously be renovated in the inside. Hotel has horrible sewer smell in it. Hallway and room also has bad odor. Paint job on shower ceiling was coming off with black mold around it. Hotel has potential but, needs to make changes to the hotel for a safe, healthy and comfortable stay.
