Loved-Mrs. Brenda at the front desk she was amazing!! Dislikes- Bathrooms in rooms need exhaust. Without them the hallways smells horrible. During breakfast time the maintenance staff, although he was trying to help someone with the waffle maker, he was in the middle of mopping and did not wash his hands and touched several things such as the waffle maker and he removed the waffle mix container im guessing to have it filled. Again after touching his mop, broom and dustpan.

They did not have the room that I had reserved. The television was not working consistently and after four maintenance attempts I just went to bed and watched my I pad.

I like the area for the convenience to downtown and the restaurants and shopping that is near. However, I was not pleased with my short stay. I arrived at 250 pm and was checked in but was told that I had to wait 10 minutes to go to my room. I went to get my things and boy friend and came back and still had to wait. Got to room and relaxed. Fell asleep and boy friend woke up and said something bite him. We both got up and turned the lights on to find a bed bug in the sheets. I went to the front with the bug in a cup to let them know. I asked to be credited my stay and deposited. The clerk walked away talking on the phone to someone. When I returned to the desk he stated that he had credited the account back. He was not apologetic or sympathetic in no way. He even tried to pretend like he didn’t know what kind of bug it was. The hotel also was supposed to be smoke free. When I walked in the hotel I immediately smelled Black and Milds. Also to mention the smell of cannabis in the halls.

The only issue with our stay were loud group of people who decided to blast their bass on their car stereo right outside our first floor window at 3 am. Put in a complaint which seemed to be handled in a timely manner.
