The front desk receptionist was incredibly sweet and the location is amazingly close to wonderful food/shopping options. But the Regency Inn, itself, is in desperate need of cleaning and renovations. As soon as I walked into my room I smelled marijuana, their was a mirror above the bed, and the carpet around the in-room jacuzzi was incredibly damp. The sheets were not clean (hairs everywhere in the sheets) and I had to sleep uncomfortably on top of the comforter. Again, the front desk female was amazingly sweet, but the property and the rooms need some TLC.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE. DONT WASTE YOUR $

Cockroaches, dirt, mold, horrendous cigarette stench in the room, broken toilet seat, people trying to open the door at 3am, and the list goes on. This was the most digesting experience ever.

The power outlets was very loose around the entire room The elevator was boarded up when trying to access it after parking the car so I had to use the stairs often

right off the highway, near things and spacious. Staff was very nice and plants everywhere are a nice touch. When you pull up, makes you feel a little skeptical due to the way it's laid out, but totally fine when walk in. Rooms are a little outdated, but serve it's purposes. Towels were small and rough quality. Beds were pretty high up, so if you have issues raising your legs/climbing up, bare that in mind.
