Birthday Concert

We were there for a birthday concert. Staff was so nice. They remembered why we were there when we were walking out and told us to enjoy the concert. Amenities were top notch. Breakfast was a great selection. Late night snacks hit the spot. Will definitely stay again.

The staff, particularly Racquel, Kyla, and Thomas, were exceptional in their service. I even took a picture with Thomas on my departure and gave him a small gift for his 21st birthday, a gesture that was greatly appreciated. Your Front Desk Manager, Noah, also took the time to speak with my wife and me, sharing his roots in Wisconsin and the reason for his move to Richmond. Their willingness to share personal stories and service made us feel welcomed. We look forward to our next visit and stay at this property.

The room and lobby were clean. Their restaurant, “Fall Line,” is good. The breakfast is not great—terrible potatoes. The other meals are fine. The staff is outstanding—helpful, attentive, and professional.

Only bad thing I can say is they don't have roll out beds despite the fact it says they offer them on the web site. Staff was able to change our room to one with two beds and a pull out couch so issue was resoved.

Didn't like the fact i paid 100 us over 4 days for parking. The hotel should comp it. The lot is attached to the hotel but isnt affiliated with Marriott. 24 USD for a 2 hour parking is ridiculous and overpriced. Otherwise, the Marriott Downtown Richmond was awesome. Super friendly staff and Lucia is a great cleaning lady, super nice and a great worker.
