Worst hotel experience ever

Requested a smoke free room, first thing I noticed in the room was an ash tray. Wall had a dent in the drywall. Exposed wires from where a phone jack and plate should have been (no phone in the room either). Shower curtain stained, also had a cigarette burn hole in it. Sheets and pillow stained. Slept on top of the bed, never getting under them after checking. Had to hold the curtains closed with a trash can. Watched a roach crawl across the floor. Was afraid to leave any of my belongings there, so packed up every morning before leaving. When checking in, felt like I was in inconvenience. When checking out wasn’t thanked, wasn’t asked how my stay was, individual just asked for the key.

My bed was very noisy. It sounds like two tin cans banging together Other than that my stay was very nice. I really enjoyed the large t v In the room. And the price was right.

We were followed to our room by a guy in a ski mask. Immediately left the hotel. There was a stain on the comforter and the bolt lock was broken in the room.
