The first room we were given did not have a locking door. So we had to change rooms. The second room smelled like marijuana. The hotel was doing renovations at the time so the hallways were cluttered.
Maintenance has really slipped compared to my stay at this hotel in 2023. Entry light in my room was flickering, unusable. The vending machines were bad. One only had 1/4 of the items stocked. The other was totally out of order.
The side door card readers did not work, I always had to go in through the main door, but maybe this was for security reasons.
The contractor that did the "update" did a poor job. The shower pan was not installed at the right tilt, so water pooled at the far end away from the drain. This was room #100. Maybe the other rooms wee OK.
Confused about breakfast as I didn't understand the hotel clerk, so did not get coffee. Our towels were dirty when we arrived,so we had to get a new set. The staff was helpful and I would stay again.
This place provided me falsified acceptance to my emotional support cat.It was very emotional and uncomfortable stay without my pet. The front desk representative told me no pets upon arrival.However, there was a dog there. I was interrogated several times, after telling him I had to keep her in our truck. A terrible experience for all of us. My worse stay ever.
The staff was friendly and efficient. When we checked in late in the evening, there was hot water, tea bags, and hot chocolate in the lobby. The room was clean and pleasant.
