Everything was very good, except for repeated problems with the key cards not working in the door locks. Every time I went to the desk to get another key, there was another guest with the same issue. It’s very frustrating when it takes 10 minutes to get into your room.

The hotel is ok is near the military base and nearby shops. The room and hall smelled humid do to the carpet, the lady in the breakfast service was rude, and they did not fix our room or bring us clean towels.

We had a great stay. Our rooms were nice, clean and spacious. Staff was amazing. We accidentally locked ourselves out of our adjoining room around midnight, with the safety lock on! The auditor went above and beyond to help us with this situation, even offering another nearby room.

Book this one!

It’s very clean and comfortable. Rooms are large and look new. Very satisfied with our stay. Side note: if you are coming from the south, the gps may take you through and not so great looking part of town. But keep going once you get to the hotel you are in a great area with restaurants and shopping.
