Room smells like smoke even though it's a non-smoking room. The bathroom sink backed up immediately. No coffee maker, tiny bathroom and no shampoo. Really the bottom of the line motel. It seems that people were living there and they made a lot of noise up until 11:00 at night . I will never stay here again and do not recommend it. .

The customer service of the front desk was exceptional. I was a little concern at first due to my last visit in san francisco but I can honestly say this Hotel is great for the price and the area was calm and looked safe didn't have any issues what so ever. Made me feel welcome definitely enjoyed my stay this time around!

Stayed two times in one week. Clean, easy to get to and lots of places to eat and shop on San Pablo. For the price point this place is one of the better places. Perfect for the night. Area seemed safe, parking was easy and front desk staff friendly. Will be staying again as we come to the city for Dr appointments.

Recognizing the lower price for this hotel, I was not disappointed with the quality of the room, or their customer service. I read really poor reviews on similarly-lower-priced hotels in the area - and was happy this hotel provided a safe and better stay.

We chose the hotel because it had a 3-star Expedia rating. We were disappointed and would not give it more than 2 stars. Overall, the room was clean, and bed was clean and comfortable. However, it had stained curtains, and rail seemed to be Brocken. peeling paint in bathroom, some dents on the wall, rough patches, cracked, dirty bathroom door, no shampoo, cheap hand and body bar of soap and worn sink and bathtub.

Hello, I am contacting you regarding my recent stay at Terrace Inn Suites from 9/3/25 to 9/22/25. I woke up with multiple bites on my body (see attached photos). I raised this with the property, but their only response on 9/23/25was that they “checked the bed.” That does not change the fact that I suffered bites during my stay. I have one on the back of my neck where my hair is located. I am requesting a full refund of my stay and compensation for the damages. If not resolved promptly, I will escalate this through Hotels.com, my bank, and the local health department
