This hotel hits it out of the park every time. I have been going here for years, I always have a great service experience, the hotel is always maintained well, the location is phenomenal, and the parking deck is so convenient! Such a great value too!

Pool was showing signs of age. Had a little algae growing on the floor which was disappointing. Breakfast was scrambled eggs sausage. There was also toast waffles cereal and a few fruits as well as yogurt. Seemed a little sparse.

Unfortunately, the young man at the front deck was not very good at his job. Maybe it was his first day, maybe poor training. He mumbled, made zero eye contact, forgot to hand me the key and room number. I had to ask!

We were given keys to a room that was not empty. Luckily no people were in there when we went in but the stuff was everywhere. Staff was great in giving us a new room quickly so that was good. They were very apologetic. Rooms were ok. Seemed a little dirty. Pool was gross unfortunately. Didn't look updated and there was definitely a layer of film and hair on the top that we skimmed out so our kids could swim but we didn't stay in long.
