The price did not justify the experience. We stay for two night. The price was well over $500 per night for a double queen. The more we started looking at the details it did not align with what we were paying. We could have gone to Lucky Eagle, pay a fraction of the price to get a warm cookie and have way a variety and number of slot machines to choose from. The service and property wasn’t consistent.
The things we did enjoy was a touches of tribal heritage, the variety of food (You do get what you pay for), the beds and some the employees who did have customer service skill were excellent, the bar tenders and the shuttle bus driver.
Additional things to note:
- The gaming experience was not enjoyable. From the lack of machines and their variety. Some of the machines were malfunctioning. The smoking section was not kept clean and there was no ventilation. The only time we seen an employee was to pay out a jackpot.
- The food options were very exciting to learn about. However the quality and lack of customer service was tremendously different when we ate at the steakhouse or the roof top restaurant compared to the cafeteria area.
- Hotel employees customer service at night were far superior from the morning check out experience.
- The parking is spars. The directions were confusing. If we didn’t ask we would’ve known. We did learn that the shuffle service didn’t even start until late in the am.
Overall I wouldn’t say it was bad. It was just disappointing.
