We were warmly welcomed by Claudette at the Brighton Lodge after our scheduled accommodation was unfortunately hit with storm problems. Claudette helped us with our future accommodations and was very helpful with directions. We feel Claudette went over and above to make our stay a fabulous experience. Yes we would recommend the Brighton Lodge in Port Elizabeth

The property was fine however I booked a king room with a sea view and had a partial view with an exterior metal stairway directly in the way. Informed the reception staff on our departure and shown them a picture of the view. We did arrive after dark and didn't realize the view until morning.

Very nice stay, ok spot and felt safe

“Cold” reception on arrival from male staff member. Although, we requested/booked a room with a queen size bed, our room sadly had 2 single beds. However, the room was luxurious with a perfect view. The staff serving breakfast were exceptional. Thanks 😊
