Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Però abbiamo fatto le docce con acqua tiepido-fredda. Lo abbuamo fatto presente al personale ma non hanno saputo risolvere. Altro aspetto deludente è stata la colazione. Solo dolci, niente salati. Che per andare in montagna sotto zero non è il massimo.

Il personale è molto cordiale ma l'unico accesso all'hotel è fatto di rampe e scale che non erano state pulite molto bene e in alcuni punti erano proprio gelate e quindi scomodo e pericoloso andare e tornare dall'albergo. Nel complesso era pulito ma arredamento e allestimenti vecchi. Inoltre dopo la delusione di non poter usare la spa che non funzionava l'acqua della doccia era pure praticamente fredda!
