Exceptional hotel in all respects. Located in the old city which is perfect for sightseeing. The hotel is superbly arranged with a gracious breakfast room. The staff is warm and welcoming, always ready to help with the smallest questions. The bed was super comfortable. Highly recommended

The hotel is in the heart of the old town and about a 15min walk from the train station. It is a luxurious place to stay, with a large room and bed, underfloor heating in the bathroom and friendly staff.

Lovely hotel. Spacious & comfortable room. Great breakfast. Would have preferred a separate shower cubicle in place of a shower over the bath. Would also have been nice to have a separate sitting area in the hotel lobby, for relaxing and reading, etc. But these are minor quibbles in what was, overall, an excellent stay.

It’s a lovely property, and my room was the most spacious I’ve had on this two month trip. Breakfast is excellent, including various dishes, made to order by a chef. My only quibbles would be that it’s slightly cumbersome to get to rooms on the far side of the hotel, and the spa is pretty lame—just a sauna.

AC did not work in room. Parking is a 6 minute walk away in an unsecured lot. It was dumping rain when we arrived late at night with our bags so having to run through the streets was a less than ideal.
