Had a two-night stay at Hotel Justus. It is in Old Town Latvia so walking distance to all of the sites. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was included, which was nice, though it wasn't anything special. The front-desk staff was hit or miss.

Amazing Vintage Hotel

Amazing 13th century building with the vintage look preserved. Furniture is antique looking and elegant. Very courteous service. Good breakfast. Easy access to attractions around.

Warm, welcoming and well-situated hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Justus. The hotel is well-situated, centrally located to all the shops and museums etc. Our room was excellent: warm and cosy, very clean, spacious and modern. The breakfast was excellent. There was a good food selection: cereals, eggs, bacon, cheeses, meat, pancakes, salad, breads, etc - plenty for choose from. If we visit Riga again I would have no hesitation in booking Hotel Justus - we loved staying here. ❤️

Excellent location, just steps from all hilighted sites to visit in the Old Town. Very close to the bus stop (Bus 22 takes you to and from the airport for less than €2 instead of about €14 with the Bolt App. Could use some improvement on the TV: only about 6 channels in Spanish, Italian, German and Latvian. We wished there was an international channel in English. Also, the room was very cold when we first got in, but got better after we asked for a space heater. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. Since it was cold, it would have been nice if there was a tea/coffee tray with a hot water cooker.

Just returned from a 4 night stay at Hotel Justus here's my review. Pros: Suberb location, absolutely spot on for ease of access to all sights - everything was walkable, including the Art Nouveau centre and The Cornerhouse. Breakfast, decent selection of food and it all tasted great. Staff, friendly and helpful. Arranged airport transfers both ways and were always on hand to answer questions. Rooms, clean and comfortable. Great water pressure from the shower and lovely hot water. Cons: Decor, somewhat dated and aged, the hotel could do with a facelift. Rooms, no complimentary water or coffee or tea making facilities. To me these are a standard requirement for modern hotels. Soundproofing in the rooms needs improving, whilst in general things were quiet and peaceful. Hearing the person in the next room using the toilet is not what you want! Despite the cons, I enjoyed my visit and would stay at the hotel again should I return to Riga. Top tip, try the restaurant called "Province" on Kungu iela, just adjacent to Ratslaukums (the location of the Town Hall and House of the Blackheads), it serves the most amazing Latvian food and they make a mean Cuba Libra.

I stayed a few nights in a twin room with my nephew. Staff was very helpful with extra bedding as room was a bit cold. It was mid March during my visit. Great water pressure in shower a hot water. A security safe in room. A variety for breakfast and very good location.
