Very nice hotel in the old town close to everything, with comfortable rooms and nice beds, and wonderful breakfast- one of the best we’ve ever had in hotels. Amazing value for the money. Highly recommend!

Hotel is very conveniently located on the edge of the old town and near the bus and train stations One minor disappointment was that the website list laundry facilities and laundry service. There are no laundry facilities at the hotel. However we were referred to a great laundromat

Classy Hotel

Lovely hotel on the edge of the old town across the road (or through the underpass) from where the 22 airport bus stops. Staff are lovely and the reception, bar and breakfast areas are beautiful. The room is quiet, tastefully decorated and comfortable and the bathroom is modern with a great shower. Breakfast was nice and set us up for the day. We made a good choice booking this hotel, would absolutely recommend and will definitely return when returning to the amazing city of Riga

Excellent hotel in the city centre, within walking distance from all the main attractions. Staff were very friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was outstanding with a big selection of hot and cold food items.

The Metropole is a beautifully renovated old hotel. We loved our stay here. It was convenient and the staff were so helpful and kind. Our room was well appointed with a huge king size bed! We certainly will return and highly recommend a stay here to anyone! Thank you to the staff for a magnificent stay!

Really nice cosy hotel, my room was ideal as was a solo traveller..Staff really friendly, shoutoit to Igor as super helpful.. Mini bar wasnt cold and hester was not hot, housekeeping checked but did not make any difference. Would have been good to have more vegetarian hot food choices at breakfast. Would recommend the hotel though.

An amazing hotel in a great location close to transportation and the Old Town The staff were very helpful and professional. The room was very clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Would definitely recommend the Metropole hotel.
