Nous ne sommes pas satisfaits du tout ! Premièrement, apprenez à offrir des sondages en français ! On est au Québec ici et on parle français (avec quelques anglophones). Deuxièmement, vous facturez beaucoup trop cher pour le service que vous offrez !!! La chambre que vous nous avez réservé était une chambre tout ce qu'il y a de plus standard, il n'y avait rien de luxueux ou supérieur. C'était supposé être ne chambre avec vue sur la ville, et nous avons obtenu une chambre avec vue sur le stationnement, avec de la construction juste à côté tout près, qui nous a réveillé le matin vers 7h15 ! Et pour une chambre supérieure, la douche ne gardait pas l'eau chaude constante, ça variait entre tiède, froid et brulant ! Ma conjointe s'est brulé le bras lors d'une de ses douches ! moi aussi j'ai vécu des variations d'eau chaude durant mes douches les 3 jours que nous étions là. Vraiment déçu. Surtout de savoir que vous nous avez facturé 50$ de plus par jour pour nous lier à cet hôtel, en plus de frais de 30$ de plus à moi. Ça nous a coûté 993$ pour 3 nuits, pour une chambre qui en vaut maximum 243$ par nuit !!! C'est du vol. Je suis très déçu du service et je vais en parler à tous ceux que je connais ainsi que sur les réseau sociaux ! A moins que j'obtienne un remboursement de 150$ (50$ par jour). Si j'obtiens mon remboursement, je ne ferai pas de vague. Sinon, je vais parler à tous de ma mauvaise expérience avec vous !

Very surprised to see the shabby, rundown condition inside and out of this hotel. Listed as a 4 Star property ! ? It looks like a 1980 interior, that has never been refurbished, torn red carpet throughout Lobby and stairs that looks 50 years old. We had "a suite" I cannot imagine what normal rooms must be like, ours was dark.old and damaged furniture.There is cold swimming pool off the lobby and as soon as you enter the extreme chlorine in the air is awful. One of the worst experiences we have ever had

Some construction going on the property, but that is understandable. It did not impact our stay in any way and was not an inconvenience ! Overall, an excellent property and more important, excellent service and staff. Really good on site dining options. For families with kids, they have a big indoor pool with a slide !!!!!
