I thought the rooms were well kept, the mattress were brand new and very comfortable. There are no appliances in the room like coffee maker etc. They told me they would bring it up but it never came a little disappointing. The housekeeping was amazing the girls should be very proud of her work. The pool was the center piece for me perfect temperature, The maintenance should wash down the lawn chairs in the morning to clean the bird cramp off the lawn chairs that should be done automatically. The thought of put your towel down over bird cramp is gross.
My really big issues was the chef placing a spoon full food on your plate and thinking its funny, we are paying for the food so stop trying to be funny. What is the secrecy about your bacon ?? it can't be a make or break item. The last item is the smell from the shower sewer was really strong at times as people were talking about it and I noticed it too. Overall it a nice place.
