Staff was good, balcony was small but great to enjoy with doors open, sadly at 7am i was woke up by noises at the first floor and stairs noise other than that room was spotless ill try to stay in the 3rd floor next time to see if the noise reduce.

Loved it so much, I booked an extra night! Love the staff, they are all wonderful & so kind! The location cant be beat, the rates are great, room was clean, liked that it was an actual room key vs card so didn't have to worry about it deactivating. Set up like cute little apartment rentals I felt. Was noisy sometimes due to location, but not enough to deter me from coming back, the convenience of the location can't be beat! Next to the best restaurants, 5 minute walk to beach, 10 minute walk to a cute little breakfast food truck I loved, etc! Walkable, comfortable and great people! Hope to come back :)

The room was clean, had what was needed, the staff were all very friendly & helpful as well. It was a little loud at times due to being right in the center of town, but again, being right in the center of town - the convenience of that was worth some noise here and there. Was very easy to walk to the beach, local shops, restaurants without having to hop in a car if you didn't want to. Nearby parking is free but was able to park right on the street out front for the week as well which was also free. Rates were great as well & would definitely recommend!

Very clean, nicely appointed, very quiet and quaint but right in the heart of what rincon has to offer. The bed was a terrific nights sleep for guys with bad backs like me. In walking distance to everything!

The location was great. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the plaza. We found parking not too far away but noted the map to a nearby parking lot at the front desk. Check in was quick and easy, though the rooms were very basic and dated. One minor annoyance was that the ceiling fan was tied to the overhead light and we couldn’t keep the fan on and turn the light off. Overall, we still enjoyed our night here and would definitely consider staying again.
