The property was located in a great area with a private beach. For Puerto Rico I’d say it was a great hotel, just hasn’t been updated for a long time. It was impossible to get a cab, so definitely rent a car and uber doesn’t exist there. Little things like asking for a towel or water was hard to come by which was weird because the hotel was pretty nice. If they update it a bit and improve the amenities and service it would be excellent. Biggest tip is make sure you have your own car, however, downtown is less than a mile walking distance.

There aren’t enough wonderful things to say about the property and the staff!! My family and I will definitely be back. The beach is stunning, the food is amazing! We had the perfect Christmas, thank you Rincón of the Seas!!

Property beach and pool is very nice and beautiful, very quiet as we like to stay in a place like this, clean the staff is super nice and always very attentive. Definitely I will recommend it and will return next year. Wonderful time with my wife!

The staff were all around excellent. Especially those working at the front desk, bar & restaurant. Our room had an amazing view of the ocean. You can’t beat the location to town and its also one of the best swimming beaches in town. We absolutely loved our stay!

Disappointing…
Stayed here before about the same time. Don’t know what happened this year, maybe it’s the economy, maybe they were understaffed and overworked, but many of the service people, especially at the restaurant were not interested to accommodate. Some of the employees we’ve known from before were quite willing to help, but most of them, new faces, were acting like we bothered them when we asked for help. The food and the restaurant affiliated with the locale we would absolutely not recommend it. Very poor quality, extremely expensive, and absolutely crappy service.

Great location to enjoy beachfront for short stays. Stayed for a night to explore beaches nearby. Getting here from san juan is pretty long ride, we did beach hopping on our way in and out.
