Lovely location and good chalet. Just needs a bit of focus -dishwasher doesn’t work as jets completely chalked up. No towels or bedding in one of the bedrooms on arrival, although did fiz this quickly the next day after it was reported. Excruciating when the whole evening when you’re sat in the living area, the floor above scrape chairs across the floor making your ceiling shudder. Perhaps a bit of felt under the chairs legs?

Wir sind seit dem 23.12.22 im Appartement Kronenmatte 12 b. Die Schlüsselübergabe war eine Katastrophe ! Nur einer von uns hatte ein Iphone, aber wie das mit der Schlüsselübergabe hätte funktionieren sollen war uns ein Rätsel ! Nach längerer Anreise von dieser unmöglichen Schlüsselübergabe genervt steuerte ich in den nächstbesten Immoladen hinein und OH Wunder ! , die Dame hinter der Theke sagte mir, ich solle mich im Restaurant/Hotel Krone melden, die würden dazugehören.... Nun steuerte ich in die Krone und... dort hatte es einen MENSCHEN der uns weiterhelfen konnte. Er holte den Schlüssel und übergab ihn uns. Ohne meine Intuition in diesen Laden zu gehen und ohne die Informationen welche uns die nette Dame dort gegeben hat, stünden wir wahrscheinlich immer noch im Eingang des Sternen.... Zu sagen ist, dass wir die dort angegebene Telefonnummer wählten, aber niemand hat abgenommen. Sorry, aber für ein solches angebliches "Luxusappartements" ein absolutes NO-GO !! Die Wohnung an sich war schön, es hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Nur bei den Betten wurde gespart.. ohne zusätzliche Matraze auf der Matraze hätten wir keine Augen zugetan. Zur Info: Die Lattenrosten im oberen Stock sind defekt ebenso der Ventilator im unteren Badezimmer... Von der Gästekarte, welche "normalerweise" allen ankommenden Gästen unaufgefordert ausgehändigt wird hat im Hotel Krone noch nie jemand etwas gehört... Erst ein Tel.gespräch hat dies regeln können. Wie gesagt: In dieser Preisklasse sollte eigent
