Deixou muito a deseja, café da manhã muito fraco. Ao lado da sala do café tinha um banheiro, que não estava nada limpo, achei falta de higiene, ter algo assim bem próximo a sala do café. Banheiro masculino nojento. Portas quebradas, um horror

Chegamos na pousada e levamos 10 minutos para perceber o vaso entupido. Apesar de todos os esforços fomos levados para outro quarto no terceiro andar onde precisamos subir lances de escadas com a bagagem, além do último lance ter degraus totalmente inaceitáveis, podendo causar um acidente sério! Sem falar da falta de água por causa de ar na tubulação. Chegou ao ponto de ter que esperar até 22:30 para tomar banho e cheio de sal pelo corpo. De bom, o ar gelava bem e o café da manhã com variedade.

Péssima experiência.
Experiência muito ruim. Não há conservação, coisas quebrando ou muito velhas. Recebi um quarto recém pintado com cheiro forte de tinta. Wi-fi não pega nos quartos, ar não gela direito, piscina suja, fiquei presa no quarto porque a fechadura estava quebrada. Gerente Vanessa é bem atenciosa e tentou resolver as questões me trocando de quarto, mas ainda assim a pousada precisa de reformas urgentes. Houve falta de luz devido a problemas nas fases do relógio de luz e ficamos uma noite sem ar condionado em todos os quartos. O portão da pousada ficava o dia todo aberto, direto pra rua, fiquei preocupada com meu filho brincando no espaço externo. Não volto e não recomendo.

Quarto aconchegante, o único problema foi o chuveiro ruim, mas não achamos necessário comunicar. Deu pra enfrentar. Mas, poderia ser conferido antes de liberar o quarto.

Os funcionários são ótimos estão sempre prontos para ajudar e atender. Mas infelizmente tem muita coisa para melhorar. Papel higiênico péssimo. Televisão sem sinal. Chuveiro sem o lugar para abrir. A tampa do vaso que belisca a bunda. Café da manhã com margarina não tem manteiga. Enfim simples simples e simples. Umas pequenas coisas q poderiam melhorar pela estrutura q eles tem.
