The place was pretty and immaculate. They only give one key. Needed help getting in every time we left. The key never worked. You need the key to make the electricity work. That means no charging anything while you’re out. No cooling the room for your return. It is a short walk to the famous Stairs. There are no windows in the rooms.

Limpeza excelente - ótimo custo × benefício. Quarto muito limpo, hotel limpo, parabéns. Cama muito confortável. Quarto bom. Ponto de atencao: as luzes do quarto acende e pagam todos juntas, poderia ter mais interruptores para apagarem separadas.

Adorei o hotel! Muito bem localizado porém pode melhorar na limpeza do quarto. Infelizmente o chão estava com muita poeira. Em ralação ao conforto, um abajur ou luz de leitura seria sensacional. Outro ponto que melhorando vai fazer muito sucesso é a questão da luz no corredor, quando acesa ilumina o quarto e a noite não fica tão confortável para dormir. O atendimento é sensacional, recepcionistas nota mil! O hotel é novinho o que faz bastante diferença na estadia. Gostei bastante.

O hotel é muito bom, bem localizado. Utensílios básicos de cozinha, sentimos falta de uma cafeteira. Mas a experiência foi boa. O bairro é um pouco perigoso porém é só a noite, de dia é tranquilo. Tem estacionamento por 50 reais a diária, e o acesso é direto. Na saída pelo estacionamento tem um supermercado, farmácia e padaria. É muito próximo da escadaria selaron e arcos da lapa. Da pra ir a pé. Tivemos um problema no ar condicionado no ultimo dia, foi uma noite longa e quente
