The property was very nice and the staff was professional and pleasant. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety. The rooftop pool and bar were very clean and pleasant to use. The hotel is located right across from Copacabana beach and in a very nice and safe area.

Loved the location right off the beach. The room was nice and we were happy with everything. Breakfast was adequate and a decent selection, but not very exciting. Our phone didn’t work to order room service is probably my only complaint.

This is an ok place. The staff is ok. The place is ok. The location is very good, right in front of Copacabana beach. Lowlights: food quality, bed quality, terrible wifi connection.

Great staff at a tired hotel
This property has definitely seen better days. We Booked a “deluxe room.” I’m still not sure why it would be considered deluxe. The best thing about the hotel is its location in the center of the Copacabana strip. The second best thing about the hotel is the nice people who work there. The room was clean. But very worn.The linens were very tired and need to be replaced. The white towels were gray. The reviews for breakfast were outstanding, which frankly, we couldn’t figure out why. It was slightly better than average, but it was not anything special. The coffee was hot and tasty. Would I stay here again? No.
