I was very concerned because they never answered the phone before my trip i want make sure i had a parking stop thankfully they had parking available beside that everything was fine. It was a good place to stay

I had an incident that occurred their and is a very serious matter ive wrote a letter and plan to explain the details to you , unfortunately i m not pleased with this stay and going to request a total refund for the unfortunate events that occurred the Hygiene was very poor but other than that not everything about the hotel was bad certain things were lovely but overall the stay was rather deceiving

Pelo preço da diária eu diria que se trata de um bom cusot benefício. Contudo se busca um hotel com bom atendimento e limpeza, certamente este não é a melhor opção. O atendimento desde a recepção até o café da manhã não foi do mais atencioso ou cordial e o quarto estaja razoavelmente sujo, o banheiro com mau cheiro, TV só pega canais abertos e internet instável.

Reservei um quarto com cama de casal e me entregaram um com duas de solteiro, fui na recepção pedir troca e me trocaram para um com duas camas de solteiro agrupadas formando uma de casal... Fora isso, o hotel é agradável e os atendentes procuram sempre ajudar.
