Must of the staff at the for t desk is friendly. The hostess at the main restaurant are not very helpful and welcoming. The food is very good! Heads up! It takes time to get in breakfast buffet as the line to get in is very long! But good dishes. The cleanliness of the room is not good at alll. The. Area where the hotel is very safe. Caipirinhas at the lobby bar are amazing !!!!!! Vip Expedia experience wasnt show I am not sure what they do for vip experience.

The property was in a great location and the beach was right across the street. It was nice and quiet and not as populated as the other beaches. Loved the hotel and staff. I have no complaints!

Overall the stay was satisfactory. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I struggle to define the hotel as 5 star since it never had that upmarket feel you associate with high end hotels. The sea view suite was amazing but one criticism is the toilet sliding door never closed properly and didn’t offer any privacy. Aside from that, it was good value especially as the rate included breakfast

Total overkill with the security to a point that it feels like a prison and ALL those security dudes are prison guards looking at everyone with their unfriendly and smug faces as if you really are a prisoner! There are literally security guards in military uniforms, boots and whatever they’re carrying walking in the lobby.
