Place was up to date, well maintained. It was far from the beaches where I usually stay. But I didn’t plan on any beaches my 3 days I spent here. Only complaint is my room had an awesome view of the lake but, there was a loose manhole cover in the road that I heard cars hitting all night. I couldn’t figure out where the noise was coming from until my last night. Not hotels fault but lost a lot of sleep from it. Overall hotel was great.

This is a great hotel. Everything is great including the room, the staff and the amenity. The only downside is that Uber drivers can not find this hotel easily as the Google map would direct them to a side door that is always closed, they have to take a big detour to find the way come into the hotel. It happens to all six of my Uber drivers.

Management has Priorities

Perhaps it's a designer's viewpoint of what luxurious is supposed to look and feel. Impractical features that look expensive but don't really improve your comfort or convenience in any way and force you to call staff to do stuff for you. Use the bathtub? Well, everything in that room will be wet even if you're careful, and everything drains very poorly and slowly, so someone needs to come wipe and mop it all up for you. Maybe they believe an upscale clientele enjoys having service people around doing stuff for them all the time? I'd rather have well-designed, functional stuff that just solve these problems for you on their own. At breakfast, the staff is more worried about re-setting cutlery on every table rather than resupplying basic stuff that has been depleted for 10-15 minutes, e.g. orange juice. No trashcans anywhere in the lobby or halls. Are trashcans ugly? I guess I'm not posh enough and don't have someone on retainer to hold a little bit of garbage for me as I wait to check in or do something outside the room. It's all about the looks, it seems.

Hotel bom, porém longe do centro. O restaurante do hotel não está preparado para receber muitas pessoas juntas nem para o café da manhã, nem para almoço. Por ser localizado em um centro de eventos, deveria ter mais agilidade no atendimento.

Melhorias urgentes e necessárias!

Ano passado estivemos no hotel e foi tudo OK, mas dessa vez a experiência foi ruim em diversos aspectos. O ar condicionado sem funcionar no andar inteiro durante toda estadia, quando ligávamos reclamando, voltava a funcionar numa ventilação e logo parava novamente Toalhas muito finas e duras Chão não estava limpo Tomada do quarto desmontada e sem funcionar Academia muito incompatível com a estrutura do hotel e inclusive com equipamento em manutenção Café da manhã desorganizado e fraco, atendimento da omelete e tapioca muito lento e bagunçado, não tem comanda de pedido, precisava ficar um tempão ali aguardando
