Good hotel but not 4 star. Room was spacious and comfortable bed. Reception staff welcoming but unimpressed with the service and poky shape of the restaurant. The elevators are also lacking capacity for a hotel of that size

The customer service was wonderful! Marcelo at the reception desk was really attentive, helpful and always had a smile for us. The general manager, Bruno, was also extremely kind and always ready to help. I truly appreciated all the staff and service

Noisy and in need of a re-furb but friendly staff
Despite booking months ago and asking for a high floor we were put on floor 2 out of 11, so very noisy. We did however have a good view of christ the redeemer. The hotel room was very run down and in need of re-furbishment. I find it strange to only have one chair and one glass in a room for two and no chairs at all on the balcony. Breakfast was good and staff friendly. They also gave us a slightly later check out on request.

the staff was very casual and did not speak english. the rooms were large like apartment ( 907 was mine) but clean and comfortable. location was good. easy transpoet fascilities with taxis and close by metro station. breakfast was great.

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. Great views of Corcovado and well located. The only downside this time was that the man at the front desk who checked us in was not very pleasant. On my previous five months prior visit breakfast was included in the price; it wasn't this time but the price was not communicated when I asked what time breakfast was served. I had a few pieces of cheese and a cup of a coffee for which I was presented a bill for about $15 USD. However, another very pleasant man at the front desk agreed to waive the charge because of the misunderstanding. The rooms are spacious with great views, the metro is very close, as are good restaurants and bars. The beds are comfortable and its quiet. The walls could use a touch of paint, but on the whole I recommend the hotel.

We stayed at this place for 4 nights and were really satisfied. The room was spacious with a fantastic view on the Cristo statue. The breakfast was alright and had the typical items that you find at a hotel in the south of Brasil. The location is good too. It's safe and the subway is really close. There are a lot of good bars and okay restaurants nearby. One afternoon we tried the gym. It was okay, allowing for a basic workout.

This is a great hotel. The view of the bay and SuagrLoaf is spectacular. Service is spot on, the restaurant has a great breakfast buffet. Walking distance to great shops and local eateries. VERY SAFE neighborhood. Easy to get by on English

I had a health challenge at the hotel and ruined a small towel. I offered to pay but they refused and treated me with kindness. Then when I returned that night, I found chocolate cake and strawberries with a note wishing me a speedy recovery. That made me feel so welcome and at home and overall happy and better. Many thanks to the staff!

Friendly helpful staff but facilities are a bit worn like most of Rio. Kudos to front desk facilitating early check in and late check out by managing our luggage. Neighbor hood safe and close to restaurant row around the corner an buffet house across the street.
