Hotel lobby was very clean. Breakfast was excellent; but, the room were not clean properly and ready for next guest. There were no toilet paper in the bathroom, toothbrush from previous guests was still there, only one discolored cheesecloth looking towel was in bathroom.

You get what you pay for, great location and staff. Deluxe rooms face 2 busy streets, so you might want to consider a smaller interior room☹️.

Overall I would say this was a pretty good hotel. Although open, it was still under construction and certainly not a new hotel but a renovation of an old hotel. It got quite noisy by mid-morning due to construction. Elevators barely functional. Definitely not the place to go if you want a nice view from the hotel room. BUT very very comfortable and huge bed, room felt clean enough, big shower, good internet connection, little desk space if you need to work remotely, safe enough area, very close walking distance to Copacabana beach, and pretty good breakfast.

Terrible. No water supply when we arrived at 9:30am until noon, but we were charged one additional night for checking-in at 9:30am. Terrible policy by hotels.com as they didn’t even care to help us get the refund.

Faltou da equipe da recepção informar sobre a parceria do hotel com as barracas de praia, assim teria economizado com aluguel de cadeiras e guarda sol. A limpeza do quarto também só fazem quando solicitamos.

Achei a localização boa, bem perto da praia, atendimento excelente, acomodações boas. O ponto de táxi em frente foi bastante útil. A rua ficou um pouco barulhenta a noite, acredito que pela movimentação da avenida perto. Mas não foi nada que nos atrapalhou.
