Reception were welcoming, room adequate to my needs exceptionally clean. WiFi great. Breakfast a good range of options. Staff were all professional and friendly. Location fantastic 1 minute from the beach. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The pictures online are bright, airy and clean. The room we had was dark and dingy. The shower was covered in mold. They did offer us another room that had stains all over the couch. Not what we were expecting in the least. We checked out after the first night.

This property was just okay. The interior really needs to be updated. The pictures online are either outdated or pictures of a new room that I was not in. I thought there was a pool, there wasn't. The area seemed to be safe. I loved the fact that it was literally a couple of minutes form Copacabana beach. The breakfast was just okay as well. You get what you pay for. My experience wasn't terrible, i'd stay here again.

Hotel bom, mas com toda a área de lazer fechada há 10 meses, sem qualquer informação sobre quando fiz a reserva. No calor do Rio de Janeiro a piscina fez falta. Fiquei chateada!

Centric location, close to pharmacies, food places etc. Walking distance from the beach. Overall, clean areas, comfortable bed and quiet. Great buffet for breakfast. Overall, it was a great experience, and it felt safe. The staff were nice. The room looks outdated, but everything works properly.

I liked the convenience, the hotel location and the staff were amazingly nice. I didn’t like or better, I wished the room came with a iron for clothes, toilet brush and the stick to unclog because it clogged twice and tv remote was dead.
