This is a Super 8 quality motel. Everything is very OLD except the lobby. I don’t know how they get 9.0 rating. I think reviews are fake. Beds are uncomfortable. Mattresses are very hard. Everything is so old that keeps breaking. Got locked in the bathroom because the handle was broken. Told them about it but it was fixed only on last day. They tried to remodel and painted the cabinets very unprofessionally. The infinity pool that they advertise was so filthy and green that I couldn’t even go in because it looked dirty. Paid $500 per night per room and expected something better. On top of everything they will charge you for water in room. I booked 3 rooms for 3 adults and 4 kids just to be safe. After arriving they told me I didn’t include one of my kids in the reservation. So they charged me another $500 for him. DO NOT STAY HERE! I will also leave the review on Google with pictures so people can see! One plus I will say is front desk. Very nice people!

Water should be free, and they only had 2 non carbonated bottles of water in the room, and they resumed room service and restaurante after 9 PM new years eve. They could at least have a fountain downstairs. The receptionist gave us 2 cups of water, but I think he’s got a bit annoyed that we asked for water. So, past midnight we had to walk across the street to buy water from a street vendor. I paid a bit over 1k US dollars to stay in this hotel for one night, and they can’t manage to instal a water fountain? Rio is hot and humid! Water is a basic necessity! Greed spoke volumes.

I absolutely loved this hotel. It was in a nice area, very walkable. Right across from the beach. The staff was very sweet and accommodating! I really enjoyed my time there and was sad when it was time to switch hotels. They also had a very extensive breakfast that was very good.

Great staff, comfortable room.
I enjoyed my stay at the Windsor Leme. The staff was excellent, especially my daily interaction with the wonderful smiling housekeeper. The location was right across from Leme beach with a great view. Very comfortable bedding. Great power in the ahower. Good restaurants around every corner. All in all, no heat to recommend it
