Fantastic apartment hotel right in the heart of Lisbon. Super clean with quirky decor. Comfortable accommodation with a great kitchen area and a nice suntrap balcony. The breakfast, which is truly amazing, is delivered to your room each morning. The staff on reception are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

The hotel apartments are well appointed and in a great location. The pool area which is a big draw especially in summer needs some renovation and the pool needed more regular cleaning.

Pretty poor customer service. They tell you the restaurant is 20% when staying with them and encourage you to eat there. We made the mistake of falling for this - on the bill they then don't take this off despite me saying this when ordering. At checkout when I asked to clarify this the person at the checkout said she could not fix the issue without her manager who was not available. Also the restaurant staff claim to be new and not know the menu - when I asked for a kids menu they said they had nothing but they actually have pizza for kids - so they are trying to get you to spend more at the hotel. In this tension we accidentally left a piece of our luggage and a sentimental bottle at the desk. We spent four hours trying to call the hotel and no one answered any calls nor the messages via Expedia. It's a great location but customer service is very poor - staff are inexperienced/ don't know answers to basic questions that tourists may have. Generally unhelpful and everything is deflected as they don't want to make an effort. The rooms are compact and very dark - under the it's a boutique hotel facade. The rituals toiletries are nice.

Excellent location we love the area and the neighborhood. The apparement is spacious.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Luxurious, historic, intimate. Staff was incredible. Views were crazy. Location was perfect. Amazing value for the price.
